When you think of running in London you think of exhaust fumes, dangerous cyclists and hundreds of tourists getting in the way. Ok, 90% of that is true and getting to and from my office can be, precarious to say the least. But some days are just the opposite, a tranquil Regents Park in the spring can be one of the nicest places to run, a jog along the canal is just lovely and peaceful and Primrose Hill, although tough, the view at the top is wonderful.
So dearest London, I take it all back, on days like today, it’s lovely to run here and there are certainly worse places to spend a lunchtime run.
